Appointment of Senior Project Manager.
Role Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the project and programme management of all Ennis 2040 Real Estate and Development Projects, owning and leading all aspects of the project delivery process from project inception to successful project handover. This is a great opportunity to manage and set up the project management team within Ennis 2040.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include;
- Leading the project management function and delivery of major building and development projects from the Ennis 2040 Portfolio.
- Direct and develop all project management, design and associated teams
- Oversee scheme design and planning processes to ensure the highest sustainable development standards.
- Project manage Ennis 2040 developments from inception to completion
- Procure multi-disciplinary design and project management teams to deliver projects.
- Lead and oversee project teams on all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk)
- Procure appropriate contractors to deliver projects
- Actively engage with all stakeholders and manage relationships to ensure successful outcome at each stage of the project
- Delivery of appropriate reporting to COO and external stakeholders
- Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
- Report status and variances on an ongoing basis.
- Use experience and knowledge of the industry and project delivery to bring creative solutions to project delivery problems and create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
- Collaborate closely with the COO, the Ennis 2040 DAC leadership team and Board in delivering the Ennis 2040 portfolio of opportunity sites.
- Risk management – maintain a full RAID log and proactively manage & escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements
- 3rd level degree or equivalent in Construction, Project Management, Architecture or equivalent
- 8 years+ experience, ideally in a developer / consultancy / client-side roles
- relevant project management experience relating to the delivery of major building or infrastructural projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English comprehension and spoken English.
- Full Clean Drivers Licence

- Ability to compile, read and correct all typical project documentation including legal contracts and leases, design and specification documentation and design standards.
- Ability to write reports, compile and give presentations to leadership.
