Gerry Cahill

Gerry is a senior executive with over 25 years’ experience and is currently Plant Manager of PPG in Shannon, having recently held the MD role of Roche, Clarecastle. Globally, he has had responsibility for Strategy Development & Execution, New Product Introductions, LEAN implementation and setting up a new Services Hub in Canada. Gerry’s principle focus has always been supporting and developing people. As an authentic leader he has led the site through both challenging and rewarding times including a significant restructuring, large re-organisation and subsequent re-engagement of site personnel.

Cllr. Ann Norton

Cllr. Ann Norton is co founder and Managing Director of The Clare Crusaders Children’s Clinic, a clinic providing professional therapy’for children and young adults with disabilities. First elected to Clare County Council in 2014 as an Independent Councillor now serving in her second term, sitting on many groups, and voluntary organisations. Before devoting her time to disability advocacy, Ann had a Business in Ennis from 1993 to 2003. Ann has been a Director of Clare Sports Partnership, and a member of Limerick Clare Education and Training Board and IT Tralee Governance Board. Ann has been nominated to the position of First Citizen of Ennis twice and is the current Mayor of Ennis.

Cllr. Clare Colleran Molloy

Cllr Clare Colleran Molloy was elected as Member of Clare County Council in May 2014. She has served as Mayor of Clare (2020) and Mayor of Ennis Municipal District (2018-2019). She is a lawyer and law lecturer by professional background and was licensed as Attorney-at-Law (1992) in Florida and as a Solicitor (2004) and a Barrister-at-Law in Ireland (2009). She has worked as a lecturer at University of Miami, Florida (1989-2002) and Limerick Institute of Technology (2002-present). She also serves as a board member at Limerick Clare Education Training (LCETB) and Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT). Clare was born in Ennis and raised in Quin Village, and now lives with her husband in Ballybeg, Ennis.

Kieran Considine

Kieran is the current Head of AIB for Clare, Limerick & Kerry, where he manages AIB’s Retail Business. Prior to this, he worked across a number of different roles within AIB, including Business Banking, Branch Banking and National Sales Manager for AIB’s Wealth Business. Kieran is an active GAA member having played for his club Liscannor and represented Clare at all grades. He is a graduate of the National University of Ireland Galway, from where he holds a M.A. Economics.

Linda Barron

Linda is CEO of the Irish Centre of Business Excellence (ICBE) since 2018 having joined ICBE in 2011 as Project Manager looking after the Business Excellence Skillnet. Linda brings a wealth of business experience combined with academic excellence. Linda has both local and international experience - having previously worked in London as a PR Account Director. Returning to Ireland and Ennis in early 2000, she went on to work as Director for Shannon Courier Service before taking a position with Smart Marketing Limited and managing the Midwest Regional Engineering Skillnet.

Liam Conneally

Liam Conneally is the Director of Economic Development in Clare County Council with responsibility for Economic Development, Planning, Property, the Local Enterprise Office and the Shannon Municipal District. A public servant for 30 years, Liam has worked in various professional and senior management roles in local and regional government in Ireland. As Senior Planner in Limerick City he played a significant role in the Limerick 2030 DAC set up and the assembly of strategic economic sites. He is a member of the Business Committee and chairs two national working groups. He is a member of the new Office of the Planning Regulator’s national planning knowledge group and is a lead professional in spatial and economic planning.

Brian Crowley

Brian is the Founder of the Ennis head quartered TTM Healthcare Group, a healthcare recruitment services, residential care and community care group employing over 2,500 people across the UK, the Middle East & Ireland. Brian is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Broadlake Capital, a private equity firm with investments in Coffee, Healthcare, Water, Recruitment, Manufacturing & FMCG companies. In 2020 Brian took the role of Chairman of the Implementation Committee of the Ennis Niche Destination Plan.

Noeleen Fitzgerald

Noeleen Fitzgerald is Director of Finance and Support Services at Clare County Council, with responsibility for all aspects of the Finance, Human Resources, ICT and Corporate functions of the Council. Under Noeleen’s direction, the Finance Department administers an annual operating and capital budget of €190m, the Human Resources Department provides responsivity to over 900 employees, and the Corporate Services Department provides supports in governance and compliance to all Directorates in the Council. Prior to that, Noeleen worked in financial advisory and management roles across multiple sectors including European Shared Service Centre Manager at Dell, Financial Accountant at CIE Tours International and Accountant & Auditor with Deacy Concannon & Company, Galway.

Kevin Corrigan

Ennis 2040 team.
Kevin Corrigan was appointed Chief Operating officer for Ennis 2040 in September 2021. Kevin’s experience to date includes roles as CEO, Director and Project Manager in a variety of sectors from real estate and property development to consultancy. He has delivered several landmark property, infrastructure, energy and business projects in Ireland, UK and Middle East. Kevin holds a master’s degree in project management from University of Limerick.

Susan Lenane

Ennis 2040 team.
Susan provides a lead role in co-ordinating the office and administrative operations in Ennis 2040 D.A.C. Susan has extensive administration experience in the commercial property sector having worked for over 14 years with a leading Commercial Property Consultants Chartered Surveyors firm in Limerick. Prior to this Susan worked in the recruitment sector in London and on her return to Dublin worked in a telecommunications company in various roles within the Technical and Sales Departments. Susan is currently undertaking a Business Degree in Griffith College, Limerick which she is due to complete in May 2023.
